Assembler

FIRST SHIFT POSITIONS:

Would you like to say that YOU built the Triton Trailer you passed on the road? We are seeking hard-working individuals to join our team. This impressive team builds personal watercraft, utility, and open snowmobile trailers. Like all of our positions, you MUST be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be quality minded.

A little bit about what this position entails: starting with a frame, complete the assembly of the trailer to include wiring, grommets, decals, lighting, and axles.

Requirements:

  • Safe work behaviors – act safely and look out for the safety of your team!
  • Stable work history without attendance issues – Your team is depending on you to be here!
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and follow job orders and build sheets – Quality is who we are!
  • Good math skills – think Measure twice, cut once!
  • Flexibility – must be willing to work in other areas/departments as needed.
  • Must be able to work independently yet follows the job orders – You know what needs to be done and you need to make it happen!
  • Physically Fit – ability to lift 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the time. Ability to stand, stoop and bend for 8-10 hours per day.
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred and previous experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screw guns, and impact guns.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Carpenter/Fabricator/Assembler – Enclosed Trailer Line

FIRST SHIFT POSITIONS:

Do you have a background in carpentry or construction? If so, this job is for you. The individuals on this team are SKILLED and take tremendous PRIDE in their work. Our enclosed trailers are premium and so is the team who builds them! You MUST be a team player and have a positive attitude.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Perform highly detailed work on enclosed trailers, which would include decking, wiring lights and switches, converters, interiors, electric and surge brakes, flooring, skin exteriors, assemble doors and install accessories.

Experienced Aluminum Welders

FIRST SHIFT POSITIONS:

We are looking for EXPERIENCED Aluminum Welders to perform setups and weld aluminum fixtures, parts and ramps for recreational trailers. Must be able to pass a weld test.  Like all of our positions, you MUST be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be quality minded.

Requirements:

  • Safe work behaviors – act safely and look out for the safety of your team!
  • Stable work history without attendance issues – Your team is depending on you to be here!
  • Must be able to read blueprints and follow job orders – Quality is who we are!
  • Good math skills – Must be able to give accurate counts.
  • Flexibility – must be willing to work in other areas/departments as needed.
  • Must be able to work independently yet follows the job orders – You know what needs to be done and you need to make it happen!
  • Physically Fit – ability to lift 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.
  • 2 years’ previous experience MIG welding – aluminum required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
